GR 7 Online Upgrade (2019 Registration)
If you are a GR 8 Referee and you are at least 16. You have the option to recertify as a GR7 Referee. This is recommended for those GR8 referees who have been refereeing at the U15/16 competitive level over the course of a year.
Becoming a GR7 Referee will allow you to work adult amateur matches and U17/18 youth matches. This is an online upgrade.

GR7D Upgrade Assessment
GR7 Referees wanting to start the upgrade process to State Referee, must become a GR7D. Becoming a 7D requires two assessments. |

Grade 8 Clinic - Online + 8 Hours On Site
Minimum age is 13. The clinic combines an online session that is critical to your success on the field as a referee in addition to an 8 hour on site classroom session. Upon completion of both and passing the exam. You will be a Grade 8 Referee, receive your badge and be ready to start refereeing.

Grade 8 Entry Level Exam - Re-Test Only
Course allows for online re-test for those students scoring at least 70 on the Entry Level Clinic Exam. Test is open book, open notes with no time limit. Test may be taken 3 times if needed. Passing Score is 85%. |

Grade 9 - IFK MATCHES ONLY
Minimum age is 12. This level of a referee will work games that are Under 4-8. Small sided games of 4v4. These games have only one referee. This is the perfect place for the 12-year-old and some 13/14 year-olds to start with refereeing. The Grade 9 Referee clinic is 5.5 hours on site. |

GR7 Entry Level Clinic
Minimum age is 17. This referee clinic is ideal for those who have experience at the U15 and up level either as a player or a coach. Also, ideal for the referee who is returning from being on a break.The content is geared for for what one will encounter on upper age group/adult matches. Once completing this clinic, GR7 Referees can work youth and adult matches. |
